The Faces of Apolyton Interviews Series is here agani!
The long-waited second part of Locutus' interview has just been posted.
On the questioner's role, once again, Solver.

I submitted the ready interview to the management before Euro04 started, so don't look at me :).

Thanks Locutus and Solver, it is always interesting to know more about the staff and posters of Apolyton. :b:
I have deeply appreciated the comments about the Civilization like games, not only because they are close to the ones I could have made, but because they are well thought and not aimed at flaming one game or the other, something that it is still too common in some threads. ;)
But is Rugby known in the Netherlands...

It is, but everyone knows it's inferior to football :p ;)

Finally finished your interview:
Wasn't it supposed to be an interview more about you :hmmm:
Solver, you might have wanted to concentrate a bit more on him.........or maybe it is the lack of other life? In other words: the lack of RL, which made this part so short? :D ;)
Still interesting. But for the football: Germany and Netherlands might be out quicker than we think :D ;)

Gilg, I don't suppose you really know how talkative Locutus is ;). Another topic for a discussion would probably see parts of this interview coming out rapidly till the release of Civ 4 ;).

I have a slight idea about ;) Once he started he can't finish ;), but sometimes same for me :D
Edit:
Another topic for a discussion would probably see parts of this interview coming out rapidly till the release of Civ 4
Not sure what you mean

Sorry I wrote that in a confusing way :). I meant, if we started to discuss yet another topic, then apolyton would only finish publishing the interview when Civ 4 comes out.

Ah......now it makes sense to me :) (no insult meant)
Are you sure about the timeframe, though? And I am not sure, if interviews over 1000 pages would be allowed :D
And the part about Egypt could have been a bit longer by the way.
But all complete a :b:
PS: Don't forget, you are the interviewer and shall take the lead :D (with some persons sometimes hard though)

Hehe, it's really hard to take the lead when talking to a person that has so much interesting stuff to say! I have my comments on Egypt, but if I voiced those, or asked more questions about, like, why is the Khufu pyramid falsely attributed to Khufu and what does Locutus think about it... then we would have another 5-6 pages on Egypt. Add to that a 10 page discussion on why Germany is weaker than Italy in Euro 2004, and also a heated argument over fried potatoes vs. pizzas...

Agreed, but I think (I might be wrong on it) that couple of people might be interrested into it. The discussion about football :hmmm: don't like this football so much anymore, to much money involved :q:
Food.......don't argue with Italians about pizza, they'll kill you straight away........(unless you can run quicker)

There's no way I could have interviewed a Dutchman without mentioning football. A passionate fan such as Locutus at that :).

OK, the last part I do agree, but the dutch haven't been so good for the last few years in football (Might make Locutus even more passionate :D ).
And for the history: We both already had some 'struggles' about history and we both agree: We like it :D
Could have been another interresting interview point [/hint off]

Locutus, even those who don't believe in aliens could agree about the point on pyramid :p.
