So i have been working on a 27 civ map with sap2 and i notice that the ai is doing some strange stuff. It is sending over air transports and carriers but they look empty. My question is do they only appear empty or am i not supposed to be able to see if they are empty or not with this mod? Usually theres a little cargo box which signals if they are empty or not.

Just trying to figure out if its me or AI

Yeah they are empty and thats strange they sent wave after wave of empty air transports at me. One just showed up now thats not empty for the first time.

I have noticed this as well. I am playing Gigantic maps Sap2 with Good mod. I have followed most of your advice and went strait to Cavalry and I am trying to get Facsism but The 'puter will not let me get to it. I have all requirements and still not, Actually I am heading to Communism right now and that should work..wow ..70 cities.Cant wait till I get there.. I am crushing the Japanese and have just signed a cease fire with em but I have noticed that they are sending stacks of 10 and 12 on my borders..Hmm seems like they did not get enough after I occupied 7 of thier major cities...Anyway back to the original.. I have noticed that the AI will send troop and cargo transports that are 'empty' at me..seems like a waste and a bug.

You should also realise that any ship along your borders may be exploring, or on its way somewhere else, but it is true that the AI cant do cross-border invasions anyway.

Yes, definitely. There's lots of code in there that should be putting troops on those transports. But it's not and it's probably something incredibly trivial and obscure that's preventing it. I'm still looking for it. :)

It's probably got a settler on it (or it's trying to do some exploring). They're good at that.
