I also didn't like ctp1. What I disliked most was that I couldn't tell if a city had a surplus on food or not. I only got the message that a certain city was hungry, but I couldn't see how much. So this city was becoming smaller and smaller....Is this thing improved in ctp2? I am still in doubt whether to buy ctp2 or not. I am a real civ fan for years now, starting with the original civ1! Ctp1 was no improvement over civ2 I thought, so will ctp2 be an improvement? |

actually that is one thing I think I did notice on the city screens. It does show your food income and usage. And if I'm correct crime reduces that? Kind of strange, I still have to finish reading the rules. The review seems slightly out of date. He gave the impression that battles would be significantly tougher on impossible level when people here have already claimed this is not the case. Although in my case it may be, I'm not the best civer by far. But the increase in difficulty doesn't seem to reach that far. |
