Flaglist v0.3

This list contains every variable/flag can be used in the *.txt files
that I found in the ctp2.exe. I used edit++ to take a look into the
ctp2.exe. The text can be found there uncoded. I don't know which
statement will work and which won't work. And I don't know how the
flags can be used. Therefore you are on your own. I started the
documentation with the information found in the Apolyton modification
section for the Advance.txt.
