      Freeciv can now be played on Android smart phones. Freeciv is a turn based open source version of the classic game Civilization.

      The polish developer Michal "Zielmicha" Zielinski is working on a Freciv version for Android devices. However, his Freeciv port is not complete yet, but curious strategy fan can already test it....

      While I wait for all the games I bought recently to get properly patched, I went back to GalCiv. Even bought Twilight of the Arnor to make it all new and fresh. So as always, I ran into my biggest annoyance with GalCiv - the silly star names. And once again, having lost the original version, I built a new "real" star names file. Thought I'd share in case anyone is interested:
