1. MANUAL/FOLDOUTS    TOP

1.1) INDEX! (This has much support)

1.2) Tech tree foldout (like in Civilization II).

1.3) 6 reference cards:

1.3a) 1st shows all terrain types and related statistics.
1.3b) 2nd shows combat modifiers and units/unit component statistics.
1.3c) 3rd shows Social Engineering choices and effects.
1.3d) 4th shows all civilizations and any statistics for them.
1.3e) 5th and 6th(this will probably take two) show all technologies listed alphabetically, their effects, and what you can build because of them.

1.4) Brief historical bit on each civilization. in manual.

1.5) Manual should be like Civilization II (i.e. big print, easy to read) but have little historical bits that make it enjoyable to read (i.e. Civilization I).

1.6) Small photo copyable technology tree, so players can use a pen to track their progress.

2. IN-GAME SUPPORT    TOP

2.1) Tech tree viewer with Civilopedia.

2.2) Research goal option (goal button in Civilization II).

2.3) Scripting explanations/help files (like in Fantastic Worlds).

2.4) Screen walkthroughs (like in SMAC).

2.5) There should be a Tutorial.

2.6) Scenario creation: description of Rules.txt, how to change graphics, and tips on how to make balanced scenarios.

2.7) Have help files be read (like technology advances had voices in SMAC).
