30 Isles
I was playing with 6 other civilizations. The Romans, French, Aztec,
Austrailian, Zulus, and Sioux. On the second turn, the Austrailians and Zulus
were killed off.
Then I set up my cities Washington, New York, and Boston. After 2600 B.C. I
decided to explore. I went south and found the Romans who declared war on me
after three turns. I fled home to find out a trieme full of Barbarians was
just off Boston. I sent 2 units there and the Barbarians attacked Boston.
All but one unit was destroyed. The Barbarians ttacked again capturing
Boston. The next turn I liberated Boston, and sent the Barbarians packing.
The Romans set up a city 3 squares from Boston. I attacked the city until it
was destroyed, then the Romans sued for peace. I then built Marco Polo's
Embassy to find other civilizations. I made an instant alliance with the
Aztecs. No wars were fought besides me and the French. The French had a navy
of 3 ships. I had a navy of 10 ships and overcame the French and captured 3
cities. World peace went on because no one would fight a war without my help.
Then in 1600 A.D. the French declared war on the Romans. The Romans overtook
one French City. Then I discovered espionage and bribed ten cities. A while
after I discovered automobile, I started making Battleships. I attacked all
civilizations that insulted my great American empire. Now I have a navy off
125 ships, 92 of which are the strongest unit of all, the battleship. All
civilizations have 1 or 2 cities. I have 50.
(The scenario is an ocean with 30 isles of land)
