Imagine...it is 3000B.C.....you have 3 buff cities and everyone is at war with you. what i did is first contacted the french leader (who was cooperative at the time) and asked for a alliance. he agreed and as a act of good will i had him declare war on the romans (which were my greatest threat). I did likewise with every world leader when they were in a good mood. Eventually, everybody was at war except me. At 2000ad there were 2 civilizations left, me (celts) and russians which only had 1 city after their long war. I broke my alliance but kept the treaty. I moved in armor units to surround the city without violating it and just left it there. i grew and had cities everywhere, even on alpha century, i destroyed them buy continuously poisening there water supply.
