When did you first visit Apolyton and why?
When the EA Alpha Centauri forums were closed.
How often do you visit Apolyton now and for what purpose?
At least once a day. I primarily visit it to get an idea of what the
public is thinking about Firaxis and it's games via their forums.
How would you characterize Apolyton's course over the last two years?
It's certainly a well run fan site. It's increasing scope can only
improve it's value to the Apolyton community.
What's needed for Apolyton to become better? What's missing?
Can't really think of anything.
Where do you see yourself and Apolyton after 2 years?
I'm sure Apolyton will still be covering the Civilization franchise. Me,
probably a mental institution for the criminally insane.

When did you first visit Apolyton and why?
November 1999, when I joined Firaxis. I was told that you guys were one of
the top fan sites and you have some interesting things to say about our
games.
How often do you visit Apolyton now and for what purpose?
I visit a few times a week to see what's happening on the forums and read
news items.
How would you characterize Apolyton's course over the last two years?
Well, I can only comment on the last 6 months, since I wasn't familiar with
the site before that. I think you guys are very thorough in covering our
games and it is a good idea to be branching out and covering games from
other developers as well...that will only better serve your community.
What's needed for Apolyton to become better? What's missing?
The release of Civ III...it will rock your world! e) Where do you see yourself and Apolyton after 2 years?
You guys will be there still reveling in Civ III and I'll be here ramping
up the next big thing!

When did you first visit Apolyton and why?
I first visited Apolyton about a year ago, when I started working for Firaxis. I visited the site to check
out the Firaxis fan community.
How often do you visit Apolyton now and for what purpose?
I probably visit Apolyton a few times a week, usually to see what everyone's talking about. If we've just done a
press release or site update, I always check Apolyton =) Sometimes it's frightening how fast you guys react to our updates =)
How would you characterize Apolyton's course over the last two years?
Since I've only interacted with Apolyton over the last year, I can't really accurately answer that question. I
would say, however, that the site seems to be on a very stable course, building community and a nice loyal fanbase.
What's needed for Apolyton to become better? What's missing?
I can't think of much, it seems like Apolyton has done a fantastic job of anticipating their readers' needs and reacting to them.
Where do you see yourself and Apolyton after 2 years?
Well in two years I can speak for myself and say I'll be happily married, and happily employed right here at Firaxis.
I'd predict Apolyton will be extremely highly trafficked as the throngs of Civilization III fans who just bought the
game look for the best site out there to discuss it.
